Dr. Katlyn Kozell is a board-certified optometrist providing comprehensive, patient-centered eye care to individuals and families throughout Wyomissing, Pottsville, and surrounding areas across Schuylkill and Berks Counties, Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, Dr. Kozell is proud to serve the communities where she grew up, delivering personalized vision care with a strong commitment to education, trust, and long-term eye health.

Dr. Kozell earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Millersville University before going on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association and has participated in community outreach programs to help expand access to quality eye care throughout the region.

Her clinical focus includes comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and the diagnosis and management of a wide range of ocular conditions, including dry eye disease and common vision disorders. Dr. Kozell is passionate about empowering her patients through education, ensuring they fully understand their eye health and vision correction options.

Dr. Kozell believes every patient should be treated the way she would want her own family to be treated—an approach that emphasizes compassion, attention to detail, and individualized care. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, and playing volleyball.
