Dr. Jack Klenda is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery and refractive surgery, including LASIK and advanced laser vision correction procedures. He provides precision-driven eye care focused on restoring vision, improving visual independence, and enhancing long-term quality of life for patients in Johnson City, New York and the surrounding region.

Dr. Klenda completed an advanced fellowship in Anterior Segment and Refractive Surgery at Hoopes Vision in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he received specialized training in refractive cataract surgery, LASIK, and laser vision correction techniques. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York, after earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kansas State University.

His clinical expertise includes cataract surgery using advanced techniques and premium lens options, as well as laser vision correction procedures designed to reduce or eliminate dependence on glasses and contact lenses.
