Dr. Christopher Baloga is a highly experienced ophthalmologist, eye surgeon, and oculofacial plastic surgeon providing advanced medical and surgical eye care to patients in Wyomissing and Pottsville, Pennsylvania. With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Baloga specializes in comprehensive ophthalmology, glaucoma management, and oculofacial plastic surgery, delivering both functional and cosmetic treatments to improve vision and enhance quality of life.

Originally from the Wyoming Valley region of Pennsylvania, Dr. Baloga earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology, summa cum laude, from Wilkes University before receiving his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he graduated with high honors. He completed his internship at The Wright Center in Kingston, Pennsylvania, followed by an ophthalmology residency at PCOM, where he trained alongside leading eye surgeons at renowned institutions including Wills Eye Hospital and Lankenau Medical Center.

Dr. Baloga further advanced his expertise through fellowship training in oculofacial plastic surgery and neuro-ophthalmology research, strengthening his ability to perform complex surgical procedures involving the eyelids, orbit, and surrounding facial structures. He has served as a staff surgeon at multiple surgical centers and brings extensive experience in treating conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and other ocular diseases.
