Dr. Alyssa Gasser was born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Shippensburg University and went on to achieve her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. Dr. Gasser is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association. Dr. Gasser strives to form a connection with every patient in order to provide the best possible quality of care in a comforting and trusting environment. In her downtime she loves exploring new places, hiking, and visiting breweries with her husband and dog. Dr. Gasser will be seeing patients at our locations in Pottsville (201 E Laurel Blvd, Pottsville, PA 17901) and Shamokin (214 E Independence St, Shamokin, PA 17872).
