March 2025 – HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.鈥斅槎垢咔錳s pleased to announce that , a highly experienced and board-certified ophthalmologist, has joined its esteemed team of eye care professionals. Dr. Lee will be seeing patients at the Flushing, Bronx, and Upper NYC locations, where she will provide comprehensive ophthalmic care to the community.
Dr. Lee is an eye physician and surgeon certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned her medical degree from Boston University. Her postgraduate training includes a Combined Medicine and Surgery Internship at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, a teaching affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital, followed by an Ophthalmology Residency at Brown University.
Dr. Lee鈥檚 career spans both academic and private practice settings. She served as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Vermont and an ophthalmologist at the University of Vermont Medical Center before founding Monadnock Eye Physicians and Surgeons, where she led a team of surgeons and staff for a decade. Her expertise includes comprehensive eye exams, dry eye evaluation and treatment, glaucoma management鈥攊ncluding glaucoma laser procedures鈥攄iabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration monitoring, and treatment of various eye conditions such as infections, corneal abrasions, styes, ocular migraines, and flashes and floaters.
Dr. Lee is currently on the medical staff of Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital (MEETH). Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in Spanish, she is committed to making high-quality eye care accessible to a diverse patient population.
