Full/Part time, fixed-term, commencing mid-February
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our busy and very friendly HR team. This is a varied role which will assist the HR Director with the smooth running of the Human Resources Department and the development, implementation and monitoring of HR processes. The role will suit someone who is diplomatic and can confidently advise on HR best practice. Knowledge of HR systems an advantage.
Salary Range: Competitive plus benefits
Hours: Full time hours are 35 hours per week Monday to Friday; normally, 8.30am to 4.30pm, including one hour for breaks. The role may be offered on an all-year-round basis or part time, and/or some element of remote working during school holidays. (Applicants should make their preferences clear in their application).
Holidays: 33 days including Bank Holidays for full time staff (plus additional discretionary leave during December)
This role is a full or part time, fixed term, maternity cover post.
